In November 09 Mairi Brown received a call from Mrs Margaret Everton to advise her that our Year Book had been awarded a prize in the Hand Book category of the competition run by Midland Counties/Dog World for breed club publications.
Our Year Book was the only Gundog representative to be recognised in this category and would like to sincerely thank the judges, Ferelith Somerfield, Robert Greaves and Simon Parsons for this award.
Unfortunately, Mairi was unable to attend the show to collect our prize but Frank Gilroy kindly collected the £25 cheque on behalf of the club.
